European Craft Coffee, Reimagined in Texas
Yiayia’s Coffee House began at the Frisco Farmers Market, founded by Nassos with a focus on serving exceptional coffee and genuine hospitality. From the start, the mission has been simple: source the best beans, roast with care, and never cut corners.
The name “Yiayia” means grandmother in Greek—a tribute to warmth, generosity, and high standards. That spirit guides everything we do, from training baristas to selecting producers, with the belief that great coffee is an act of care.
Today, we operate from our Dallas flagship and Frisco Farmers Market on weekends, roasting in small batches and shipping nationwide. Whether in person or online, every cup is made with intention—and you’re always part of the family.
